1. What We Collect

When you use CantScamMe, we may collect:

Wallet addresses you scan — these are public blockchain data
Email address — if you provide it voluntarily to receive a report
Name and phone number — if you provide them during registration
Usage data — browser type, pages visited, scan activity (via cookies/localStorage)

2. How We Use Your Information

To deliver wallet scan results to you
To send you the forensic report you requested
To notify you if a scanned wallet is later flagged
To improve our service and detection algorithms

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Account data (name, email, phone, password hash) is stored locally in your browser via localStorage. Lead data may also be stored in Airtable (our CRM). We do not operate a central user database.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to save your API key, scan preferences, and account session. No tracking cookies are set. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising trackers.

5. Third-Party Services

Etherscan / Blockstream — blockchain data APIs (your scanned address is sent to these services)
Lemon Squeezy — payment processing (they handle all payment data)
Airtable — optional CRM for lead storage
Vercel — hosting provider

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@cantscamme.io.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service. You can delete your local account data at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage.

8. Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
