By using CantScamMe ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CantScamMe analyzes public blockchain data and assigns a risk score to wallet addresses. The Service is intended to assist users in evaluating potential counterparties in cryptocurrency transactions.

3. No Financial or Legal Advice

All content, scores, and reports generated by CantScamMe are for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes:

Financial advice or investment recommendations
Legal advice
A guarantee of any wallet's safety or legitimacy

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from this Service.

4. Limitation of Liability

CantScamMe and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Use or inability to use the Service
Inaccurate or incomplete scan results
Financial losses resulting from reliance on our reports
Any errors, omissions, or interruptions in the Service

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

Blockchain data is sourced from third-party APIs (Etherscan, Blockstream). We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of this data. Risk scores are algorithmic estimates and may be incorrect.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Scan credits are non-refundable once used. If a scan fails due to a technical error on our end, we will issue replacement credits.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this Service to:

Harass, defame, or harm individuals based on scan results
Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our systems
Use results to make unlawful discrimination decisions
Resell or republish reports without attribution

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, and design of CantScamMe are the property of CantScamMe. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in Israeli courts.
